#1 – A boiler service will make sure your appliance is still safe to use

#3 – The brand manufacturer requires an annual service be carried out on your boiler

If your boiler is within the manufacturers’ warranty period, you are required by that manufacturer to have an annual service carried out on your boiler to keep your warranty validated.
