What Does A Magnetic Filter Do?

If you are having a new boiler installation, you should definitely consider adding a magnetic filter to your system.

In this short but powerful video, we show the results of a system clean from a new boiler installation in Sheffield that we attended. The property owner hadn’t had their system cleaned in many years and we are installing a magnetic filter as part of the job.

We also power flushed the system and the results of that can be seen here. You won’t believe what came out of the system!

Why a boiler service is so important

It’s vital you have your boiler serviced to prevent the outcome shown in the video above. A magnetic filter will prevent some of the dirt and grime getting into your system but you must service your boiler every 12 months.
